Nah - blinds always drawn, the view is into a hallway. Building is called The Verdi. We looked at an apartment there a few weeks back. I really wanted to like the building, but the lobby and halls were a bit grimy, and the monthly maintenance was high. They sure aren't using the money to clean. And the apartment would require more renovation than we're willing to do.

our bird house fell one year so my mom went out the following week after snow melted so she could clean it out (she expected an empty nest or dead birds). She reached down and several birds flew out at her.

We couldn't touch it for a while.

At least looking W/NW we have the park and the old library. Also, just out of frame on that one is a rooftop patio w/hot tub that an older man (65ish) likes to get in and out of naked, at random times. It's literally across the street and we never know when it's going to happen.

In cold weather the visibility was great - that was taken with a Rolleiflex 6008. I've got lots of other shots out of that building, including with a Holga .

That's the view from my desk in my dorm in Boston. Unfortunately its also the only window. Not going to complain about it too much, though it's the best view for this building... Most of the rooms on this floor have 3 larger windows and much more natural light. But I don't have to share it with a roommate ;)
